No, around 90% of the water is recaptured in our trailer as is the dirt from the bins. We have been made aware that some companies tip the bins out into the street but that is not how we operate.

Unfortunately we can’t collect cash each time, as we make around 50 stops per day collecting cash and keeping track of who paid and who didn’t is to time consuming.

We offer ‘One Off cleans’ but the minimum service for regular cleans is 3 months.

No, if your cleans are missed through no fault of your own there will be no charge, however, if the bins are missed because they have been locked away we will charge you as we have made the trip to your property. We wont charge you the first time this happens but repeat offenders will be charged a $10 call out fee. you can reply to our reminder message and let us know if your bins will be unavailable to avoid call out charges.

The bins are lifted into position on our trailer where they are pressure cleaned, we then wipe the surfaces with microfiber cloths and mop excess wash water from the bottom of the bin. Finally we spray the bin with a disinfectant and deodoriser spray.
